[目的]探讨荆花胃康胶丸在体外对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是否存在抑菌作用,及其与甲硝唑或者克拉霉素联合应用时对Hp耐药菌株是否具有协同抑菌作用。[方法]选取Hp标准菌株26695(对照)和临床分离的抗生素敏感及耐药Hp菌株作为实验菌株。采用琼脂稀释法分别测定荆花胃康胶丸及成分水团花、土荆芥对Hp菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),通过E-试验法在含研究药物的培养基和普通培养基上分别测定甲硝唑或克拉霉素对Hp菌株的MIC值。[结果]荆花胃康胶丸及其成分土荆芥对Hp标准菌株和临床分离菌株的MIC值范围均在16~64mg/L,在E-试验中,土荆芥和荆花胃康胶丸能降低甲硝唑或克拉霉素对Hp标准菌株及部分Hp临床分离菌株的MIC值。[结论]荆花胃康胶丸对Hp标准菌株及临床分离菌株具有体外抑菌作用,其与甲硝唑或克拉霉素联用对Hp标准菌株和临床分离菌株可能具有体外协同抑菌作用。
[Objective]To evaluate the activity of Jinghuaweikang capsules(JC)against clinical isolates of antibiotic-resistant H.pylori and the synergistic activity of JC combining with metronidazole or clarithromycin against antibiotic-resistant H.pylori.[Methods]In this in vitro study,JC,JC combining with metronidazol or clarithromycin were investigated for bacteriostatic activity using agar dilution or E-test methodology,and H.pylori 26695were examined.[Results]JC and its ingredient Chenopodium ambrosioides were active against H.pylori 26695and antibiotic-resistant H.pylori(mean inhibitory concentration,16~64mig/L),and they were synergistic with antibiotics.[Conclusion]JC had inhibitory activity to H.pylori 26695and antibiotic-resistant H.pylori strains in vitro,and it was synergistic with metronidazol or clarithromycin.
