加强尾矿库安全管理,准确把握尾矿坝堆坝材料物理力学特性和运行规律,对于减少和防止尾矿库溃坝事故的发生,确保尾矿库的安全运行有重要意义。在总结有关尾矿库稳定性分析方法的基础上,利用三轴试验系统,以北京和尚峪尾矿库堆坝材料为研究对象,开展了尾砂非线性力学特性试验研究,整理并得到了用于描述尾砂应力变形特性的三轴试验曲线,并利用邓肯-张EB非线性数学模型对试验过程进行了拟合,拟合结果表明,邓肯-张EB模型能够较好地描述尾砂的受力变形特性。研究结果可为尾矿库安全监测系统位移预警指标的定量预警方法研究提供参考。

英文摘要:

This article aims to introduce its author's investigation and analysis over the situations and safety of the coal-mine' s tailing reservoirs or dams based on the stability analysis of the non-linear mechanical characteristics of tailing dam of Heshangyu, Beijing. The paper has also proposed an EB non-linear numerical model fit for the evaluation of the unexpected break-down accidents by using the Duncan- Chang curve-fit model. As a result of investigation and statistics, we have found that the tailing reservoir in China is characterized by large numbers, weak capacities, but low-level storing safety and security, with few of them qualified to be titled as formal engineering projects. To make things worse, most of them owned by the industrial and min- ing companies or mining areas, cities and towns are mainly located downstream of big rivers. Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance the safety control and management while exploring the mechanism and operational regularities of such items. The results of our experimental investigations have shown that Duncan-Chang EB model could be made well fit for the mechanical characteristics of the tailing dams on the moments when the early warnings of their safety and security are to be delivered
