Scientific research archive is an important part of university archives, which is the basis and real recording of scientific research activities. Scientific research archive plays more and more important role in discipline construction, teaching and scientific research, Local colleges lag behind in understanding and managing scientific research archives because of a good many reasons in college own development. Thus, in the light of the present problems in the archive management, this article will put forward to some effective countermeasures to promote scientific research archives management in local colleges.
