From exploring development obstacle angle in the energy-saving reconstruction market,based on analyzing the situation of the market development,this paper takes the supply and demand subjects' behaviors as the breakthrough point,analyzes the formation of the dynamic evolution process between the building owners and ESCO.By using the replication dynamic method of evolutionary game theory,through the analysis of the influence of various parameters on the evolution arystable strategy to identify the key factors which influence the market subjects to win-win cooperation,the paper then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of market development for energy-saving reconstruction in existing buildings from the perspectives of government,ESCO and their owners.
