英文摘要：

The evaluation theory on existing buildings energy-saving renovation abroad is summarized from three aspects, including energy-saving potential, benefit and risk assessment. Furthermore, the existing building energy-saving renovation potential are expounded from three aspects, including the building energy consumption analysis, energy saving technology and building thermal performance. The energy-saving renovation benefit is analyzed from aspects of economic benefit, environment benefit and comprehensive benefit. Economic benefits, comprehensive benefit, effect and risk assessment of existing buildings＇ energysaving renovation in domestic are explained. Comprehensive benefit evaluation for energy-saving retrofitting projects based on the perspective of value-added life is a new issue to be explored.
