目的探讨益气化浊胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法将70例符合入组标准的糖尿病合并冠心病病人,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气化浊胶囊,每次4粒,3次/日。1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组病人中医证候、心电图疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）水平。结果疾病疗效比较,观察组总有效率为88.6%,对照组总有效率为65.7%,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;中医证候疗效,观察组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率为65.7%,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、IRI均明显下降,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论益气化浊胶囊治疗糖尿病冠心病病人,不但能够改善病人临床症状、中医证候,并且能改善病人空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、IRI。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huazhuo capsules（YHC）in the treatment of diabetes mellitus（DM）complicated with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Seventy diabetic patients who met the criteria for entry with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =35）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n =35）treated with YHC and routine treatment 3 courses（1 months for 1 courses of treatment）.Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptoms,electrocardiogram（ECG）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）and insulin resistance index（IRI）were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（88.6%vs 65.7%,P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（91.4% vs 65.7%,P〈0.05）.After treatment,FBG,HbA1 c,and IRI in two groups were significantly decreased,which was better in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion YHC can improve the clinical syndrome,TCM symptoms,FBG,HbA1 c,and IRI in patients with DM complicated with CHD.
