为提高广东省高速公路水泥混凝土桥面铺装的使用性能,降低铺装层结构选用不当所带来的风险,对省内4个典型项目桥面铺装层的结构型式、使用状况及病害原因进行了调查分析,并采用有限元软件对铺装层厚度对铺装层内及层间的应力进行了计算分析。结果表明:单层沥青混凝土桥面铺装主要用在桥梁恒载限制的路段,需采用高粘度改性沥青做防水粘结层+高模量沥青混凝土或SMA的桥面铺装结构,且施工要求高,与单层沥青铺装层相比,采用双层沥青铺装层,铺装层内最大剪应力和沥青层与粘结层间剪应力分别下降18%和37%。
In order to improve performance of expressway cement concrete bridge deck pavement in Guangdong Province, to reduce pavement structure risks caused by inappropriate selection, four typical projects of bridge deck pavement structure type, service status and cause of diseases have been investigated and analyzed, and cal-culation and analysis on stress of pavement layer thickness to in and between the pavement layers have been con-ducted by means of the finite element software. The results have shown that the monolayer asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement is mainly used for the bridge dead load limit sections, where high viscosity modified as-phalt waterproof bonding layer and high modulus asphalt concrete or SMA deck pavement structure are required, as well as high construction requirements; as far as double deck asphalt pavement layers are concerned, when being compared with monolayer asphalt pavement, the maximum shear stress within the paving layer and the shear stress between asphalt layer and adhesive layer have been decreased 1 8 % and 3 7 % respectively.
