为了提高实验教学效果,基于科学研究的对照原则提出了实验教学中的“对错比较教学法”。利用几个细胞生物学实验中采用“对错比较数学法”的实例,阐述了该法的内涵及具体实施方法。通过考核学生相关知识掌握情况以及调查学生对教学方法的评价,得出结论:该法能够起到增强教学效果及舒:炼学生思维、调动学生自主学习积极性、扩大学生知识面的作用,值得在实验教学实践中加以推广应用。
In order to improve experiment teaching effect, we put forward a new teaching method "right-false comparison teaching method (RFCTM)" based on the principle of control used in scientific research. The connotation and application procedure of RFCTM have been explained by utilization of the rlethod in several practical experiments in cell biology. According to the final experimental examination of students as well as students' assessment of the method, we made a conclusion that the RFCTM has potential in improving teaching quality, activating students' learning enthusiasm, broadening students' knowledge, and enhancing students' abil{ty in scientific research, Hence the method is worth to be extended and applied in other experiment teaching practices.
