为制定中国成年人心电图P波离散度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,搜集了中国98个单位的9 472例健康成年人P波离散度参考值,运用相关分析与回归分析方法,研究了其与经纬度、海拔等12项地理因素指标的关系.研究结果表明：成年人P波离散度与地理因素之间存在显著的相关关系.运用向后回归分析和主成分分析估计成年人P波离散度的参考值,得到了不同的预测模型,通过比较,最终选择向后回归分析模型作为最优预测模型,并用ArcGIS软件的克里金插值法内插出中国成年人P波离散度参考值的空间趋势分布图.
英文摘要：
To provide scientific basis for making the normal standard of the reference value of Chinese adults＇P-wave dispersion（Pd）,this paper collects the reference value of Pdof 9 472 healthy adults from 98 units.By correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relationship between Pdreference value and geographic factors was studied.The study found that there is significant correlation between them.By backward regression analysis and principal component analysis,different prediction models for Pdreference value were obtained.Through comparative analysis,the paper selected the backward regression model as the optimum one.Then the paper calculated the predictive values of Pdall over the country and made the distribution map of normal Pdreference value by Kriging interpolation method of ArcGIS 10.0software.
