中国东部健康中老年人左心做功量参考值与地理因素的关系

目的为制定中国东部健康中老年人左心做功量正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方珐收集了我国东部的6367例中老年人左心做功量参考值,应用SPSS17.0统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与地理因素指标的关系。结果发现左心做功量参考值与地理因素之间有显著相关性(P=0.000),推导出一个方程:Y=21.98+0.01200X,-0.002000X2—0.07300X3—0.1340X4^-(5.0605×10^-6)X5—0.04900X6—0.2360X7±0.48,以上回归方程中,9是左心做功量参考值(g·m),X3是海拔高度(m),X2是年日照时数(h),X3是年平均气温(℃),X4是年平均相对湿度(%),X5是年降水量(mL),X6是气温年较差(℃),X2是年平均风速(m/s),0.48是剩余标准差。结论如果要知道中国东部某地健康中老年人左心做功量参考值,可以根据当地的地理因素指标,通过回归方程计算,即可获得该地中老年人左心做功量参考值。

英文摘要:

Objective To provide scientific evidence for establishing the standard value of left cardiac work for middle-aged and old-aged normal adult in eastern China. Methods The normal reference values of left cardiac work of 6337 Chinese in eastern China were collected and studied. With the static analysis software of SPSS17.0, using relative and regressive analysis Methods, the relationship among the reference value of left cardiac work and the geographical factors. Results There was a significant correlation between the reference value of left cardiac work and the geographical factors (P= 0. 000). Applying the method of regressive analysis, one regression equation is inferredY=21.98+0.01200X,-0.002000X2-0.07300X3-0.1340X4^-(5.0605×10^-6)X5-0.04900X6-0.2360X7±0.48, During the regression equation, Y is the normal reference left cardiac work(g · m), X1 is altitude (m),X2 is the annual sunshine duration(h), X3 is the annual mean temperature (℃), X4 is the annual average relative humidity(%), Xs is the annual precipitation(ml), X6 is the annual temperature range(℃ ), X7 is the annual average wind speed (m/s) ,0. 478 is the residual standard deviation. Conclusion If geographical factors of an area are obtained, the reference value of left cardiac work (LCW) of middle-aged and old-aged normal adult in this area can be calculated using the regression equation.
