目的通过探讨男性左心房内径与地理环境的关系,拟定46~80岁男性左心房内径参考值的标准。方法收集了全国205个单位8 226例健康46~80岁男性左心房内径参考值资料,运用相关分析法分析左心房内径参考值与地理环境之间的相关性,多元线性回归和因子分析两种方法分别建立模型,然后通过T检验选取最优模型,得出其与地理环境的关系。结果左心房内径参考值与地理环境之间有很显著的相关性,用因子分析的方法比较出一个最优的回归方程:=28.07-0.000 087 72X1-0.000 060 27X2+0.000 844 9X3+0.011 99X4+0.000 129 5X5+0.027 21X6+0.495X7±2.88。Y是46~80岁男性左心房内径参考值(mm),X1是海拔高度(m)、X2是年日照时数(h)、X3是年平均气温(℃),X4是年平均相对湿度(%)、X5是年降水量(mm)、X6是气温年较差(℃)、X7是年平均风速(m/s),2.88是剩余标准差。并通过克里格(Kriging)插值法精确地内插出中国46~80岁男性左心房内径参考值的地理分布图。结论如果想要获得某地的46~80岁男性左心房内径参考值,可以通过方程计算得出结果,从地理分布图也可得到中国任何地方46~80岁男性左心房内径的参考值。
Objective To reveal the geographical distributing rule and supply a scientific basis for unifying the reference value standard of left atrial diameter(LAD) of Chinese 46~80 years old men in various regions of China.Methods The LAD reference values were collected from 8 226 healthy old men aged 46~80 years in 205 areas of China.The correlation between the measured LAD values and the geographical environment was analyzed by regression analysis and factor analysis;and by T-test,one best regression equation was inferred.Results The reference value of LAD was correlated with the geographical environment.The linear regression equation deduced from factor analysis was:=28.07-0.000 087 72X1-0.000 060 27X2+0.000 844 9X3+0.011 99X4+0.000 129 5X5+0.027 21X6+0.495X7±2.88.In the above equation, was normal reference value of Chinese 46~80 years old men' LAD(mm),X1 was altitude(m),X2 was annual sunshine duration(h),X3 was annual average temperature(℃),X4 was annual mean relative humidity(%),X5 was annual precipitation amount(mm),X6 was annual range of air temperature(℃),X7 was annual average wind speed(m/s),2.88 was the value of residual standard deviations.The geography distribution figure of Chinese 46~80 years old men LAD reference values was exactly inserted with the method of Kriging.Conclusions If geographical environment of a particular area is obtained,LAD reference value of Chinese 46~80 years old men in this area can be calculated using this model and normal LAD reference values of Chinese 46~80 years old men anywhere in China can be obtained from geography distribution figure.
