目的为制定中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国87个单位测定的33807例成年健康女性心率正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与7项地理因素的关系。结果发现中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=1.120,P=0.000)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程:y=43.67+0.004000Xl+0.002000X2+0.05400X3-90.3350Xt-90.002000Xs-90.2330X6-1.326Xt±35.41。在该回归方程中,P是中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值(次/s),Xt是海拔高度(m),X2是年日照时数(h),X3是年平均气温(℃),X4是年平均相对湿度(%),X5是年降水量(mm),X6是气温年较差(℃),X7是年平均风速(m/s);35.41是剩余标准差的值。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的女性心率的正常参考值。依据中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。
