目的 为制定中国成年健康人心率正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.方法 收集了中国160个单位测定的63677例成年健康人心率正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与7项地理因素的关系.结果 发现中国成年健康人心率正常参考值与中国地理因素之间差异有统计学意义(F=6.684,P=0.000).用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程:Y∧=35.61+0.008000X1+0.005000X2-0.4930X3+0.5150X4+0.001000X5-0 1470X6+0.4560X7±31.91在该回归方程中,Y∧是中国成年健康人心率正常参考值(次/min),X1是海拔高度(m),X2是年日照时数(h),X3是年平均气温(℃),X4是年平均相对湿度(%),X5是年降水量(mm),X6是气温年较差(℃),X7是年平均风速(m/s);31.91是剩余标准差的值.结论 如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的健康人心率的正常参考值.依据中国成年健康人心率正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区.
Objective To supply a scientific basis for the formulation of the reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese female. Methods The relationship between the reference value of 63677 healthy Chinese female and seven geographical factors in 160 areas of China was investigated. Results The geographical factors were correlated with reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese female (F = 6. 684, P = 0. 000). A regression equation was inferred with mathematical regression analysis. Conclusion The reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese population in a certain area can be obtained once the geographical values are obtained. According to the similarity of the reference values of heart rate of Chinese female, there are eight geographical areas with distinctive heart rate values.
