通过总结心理资本和MBTI人格理论研究方面的成果,提出了路径的因果关系假设,进而构建了基于高校人才培养的心理资本和MBTI人格特质对学生成长的影响机制模型。在此基础上,以天津的几所高校为例,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明,大学生MBTI人格与心理资本存在正相关关系,MBTI人格与心理资本对大学生成长有积极影响。基于人格塑造的大学生心理资本开发,可以提高教学质量和学生收获,促进大学生全面发展,为高校人才培养提供了一个崭新的视角。
The article poses a path assuming of causal relation based on system analysis of theoret- ical research,then creates an impact mechanism between the theoretical model of MBTI personality , psychological capital and college students' development. On this basis, some universities in Tianjin are taken as research objects for empirical analysis by questionnaires and structural equation. The results show that there is a positive correlation between MBTI personality and psychological capital, and both MBTI personality and psychological capital can enhance the college students' development. Developing college students' psychological capital based on personality optimization, which can improve the quality of education and promote college students' all-round development, provides a new perspective for col- lege talent strategic cultivation.
