It is hoped that the goal of optimizing the products promotion will be reached through the way of the quality management, especially on strengthening the self-management to affect the whole team and to stimulate the innovation. Start with self-management of total quality management （TQM）, this paper stated a series of process from ＂team building-goal task-measures-success＂ through the examples for introducing this management method into the frontier inspection of business jet.
