以芦苇制浆黑液酸沉木质素为原料,使用流化床在500℃下炭化5min,再将其与K2CO3以1:1比例混合转入管式炉中在900℃下活化C60min。通过对氮气以及对漂白废水中苯酚的吸附表征,表明该法所制备的木质素微孔活性炭的比表面积可达1219m^2/g,且吸附苯酚的性能良好,能快速到达156.2mg/g的吸附量。同时Langmuir吸附方程较Freundlich吸附方程能更好地描述该活性炭对苯酚的吸附过程。
The activated carbon was produced from reed pulping black liquor lignin after being preearbonized in the fluidized bed at 500℃ for 5 min and then mixed with K2CO3 at the ratio of 1 : 1 before being activated at 900℃ in tubular furnace for 60min. Characterization of the activated carbon was performed with N2 adsorption and phenol adsorption in bleaching effluent indicates that the specific surface area of the micro-meshed activated carbon from this method reached 1219m^2/g and the phenol adsorption property oftbe carbon was high with the fast adsorptive capacity of 136.2mg/g. The Langmuir model is better than the Freundlieh model in describing the active carbon adsorption process of phenol.
