木质纤维素等生物质本身是一个超分子功能体,是新一代生物及化工产业最具价值的工业通用原料。国家973计划项目“秸秆资源生态高值化关键过程的基础研究”研究团队经过为期5年的研究,建立了以秸秆为代表的生物质高效转化关键过程和技术平台。但是,要在生物质经济的全球竞争中形成优势,还需突破制约生物质成为通用原料的基础问题。本文分析了面向新一代生物及化工产业的生物质产业发展特点和亟需解决的主要问题,提出了符合生物质原料结构特点和产物功能要求的生物质原料炼制过程新思路,将生物质原料炼制思路从原料预处理.组分分离提升到选择性结构拆分,并阐明了生物质成为新一代生物及化工产业通用工业原料需要解决的关键科学问题。
Biomass, as functionalized supramolecule, is the most valuable general raw material for future biological and chemical industries of biomass economy. team of National Key Basic Research Research (2004CB719700) , "Basic research on the key process of ecological high-value of straw materials", has gained remarkable achievements during last five years, and established key process and technology platform for the efficient conversion of lignocellulose taking straw for representation. However, breakthroughs in the fundamenftal issues that hinder the biomass from becoming general raw material are still needed in order to gain advantages in the global biomass economic competition. This article, analyzed the features and main problems of present biomass industry, and put forward the new concept of biomass material refining processes that preserve and utilize the original structure and function. It was pro-posed that the concept of material refining should be upgraded from fractionation-conversion to selective structure separation based on the structural characteristics of raw material and functional demands of products. This article also clarified the key scientific issues of biomass refining process for making biomass becoming general raw material of the next generation biological and chemical industries.
