With more and more demand of long shafts, such as automobile semiaxle and train halfaxle, Multi-wedge Cross Wedge Rolling(MCWR) will be the main technology in forming long shafts. The products formed by MCWR can meet market demand not only in product basic configuration but also in integrated mechanical property. Study on microstructure evolvement regularity of workpiece of MCWR to control final microstructure has great theoretical and practical significance.
