轧件与轧辊的瞬时速比和楔横轧工艺参数之间存在着十分密切而复杂的联系。对轧件与轧辊的瞬时速比进行了模拟和实验结果的对比分析,结果证明利用有限元方法计算轧件与轧辊的瞬时速比具有良好的通用性和可靠性。在此基础上系统地阐明了工艺因素对瞬时速比的影响规律。研究结果对研究轧件与轧辊的相对运动关系及偏心轴类零件楔横轧模具的辊型曲线具有指导作用。
In the rolling procedure of cross wedge roiling, the technological parameters and instantaneous rotational speed ratio of workpiece and roller have intimate and complicated relationship. Through simulation test model concerning parameters of instantaneous rotational speed ratio of workpiece and roller by FEM, a result has been obtained,which proves that calculation mill parameters of instantaneous rotational speed ratio by FEM has favorable reliability and versatility. Based on these researches, the influence mechanism of effecting parameters on instantaneous rotational speed ratio is completely and systematically clarified. The researches are benefit to understand the movement relations among w orkpiece,rollers and she equation of the roller's profile.
