提出了以楔横轧和横轧组合方式轧制蜗杆轴毛坯的轴台阶和螺旋齿形的成形方法。运用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了不同工况下蜗杆轴毛坯的成形过程,通过研究轧件心部破坏应力的变化特点,得出各工艺参数对蜗杆轴毛坯成形质量的影响规律。在H630楔横轧机上进行了蜗杆轴毛坯的轧制实验,得到的轧制效果与软件模拟结果基本相同。研究结果表明,对成形模具选取合适的工艺参数,采用楔横轧和横轧组合轧制方式可以轧制出合格的蜗杆轴毛坯。
The combinational rolling approach of cross wedge rolling and rolling worm shaft at the two ends of rough steps and spiral tooth was put forward. Worm shaft blank forming process was simulated by use of DEFORM-3D finite element software under different conditions, through researching changes of rolled piece heart failure stress. The results about processing parameters influence largely on forming quality of workpieces are obtained. By rolling worm shafts in H630 cross wedge rolling mill, rolling effect obtained are basically the same as the software simulation results. The results show that if process parameters are proper, worm shaft can be rolled successfully using the technique of cross wedge rolling and cross rolling.
