The critical technology and relevant arithmetic of the digital image process used in the tube automated recognition counting system is introduced in this paper, and with the object orient visual integrated program system-Visual C＋＋6.0, the tube automated recognition counting soil-ware system is developed. Pattern recognition and digital image processing technology was applied in this valuable and practical system.
