In the developing countries, technology transfer can quickly promote the technology capability of the companies, However, in the process of technology transfer, tacit knowledge is sticky, therefore, it is difficult to converse. It tries to research the influence factors of the tacit knowledge transfer from enterprise aspect, Furthemlore, it analyses the influence factors fi＇om four aspects such as the technology owner, the technology receptor, the relative factors and the behavior of transfer.
