Based on Cohn＇s methods in the 2-dimensional 2nd Siegel domain and Lie group theory, the Haar measure＇ s explicit formula of the Iwasawa decomposition on the 2nd Siegel domain Dn=｜（w,v1,…,u（n-1））∈C^N｜21mw-uu^-T〉0｜ is obtained. The langlands decomposition of a minimal parabolic subgroup of the automorphism group on Dn is also obtained.
