目的对天山岩黄芪化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱技术对天山岩黄芪化学成分进行分离,利用理化性质和现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从天山岩黄芪中分离鉴定了6个异黄酮类化合物,其结构分别为毛蕊异黄酮-7-o-,e—D-葡萄糖苷(I)、阿佛洛莫生-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(II)、阿佛洛莫生(Ⅲ)、芒柄花素(IV)、毛蕊异黄酮(V)和芒柄花苷(vI)。结论以上6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物I,II为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE techniques were used for the To study the chemical constituents ofHedysarum semenovii. METHODS Various chromatographic isolation and purification and spectral and chemical methods were used for structure elucidation. RESULTS Six isoflavonoids were obtained from H. semenovii and their structures were identified as calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (I), afromosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), afromosin OID, formononetin (IV), calycosin (V) and ononin (VI), respectively. CONCLUSION Six compounds were obtained from H. semenovii for the first time, while compounds I and II were obtained from genus Hedysarum for the first time.
