目的：探讨患儿家长伤口护理知识的掌握现状，为开展有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法：采用白行设计的问卷，对来我院伤口门诊就诊的100例患儿家长进行伤口护理知识的知晓情况调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果：100名患儿家长伤口护理知识平均得分为（14．41±3．21）分，得分≥24分仅占1％；对可能的影响因素进行分析，发现不同文化程度、家庭收入和家庭支持程度对知识得分差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：医护人员应根据患儿家长对伤口护理知识的了解程度，有针对性地为家长提供健康教育指导，以此促进患儿伤口愈合，使患儿得到更科学、全面的照护。

英文摘要：

Objective ： To explore the status quo of pediatric parents＇ knowledge of wound nursing and to provide the basis for carrying out targeted health education. Methods：A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate the wound nursing knowledge among 100 parents who came to our hospital for outpatient visits. The results were analyzed statistically. Results：The average score of nursing knowledge of the parents was （ 14.41 ± 3.21 ）. The scores of the parents, which were equal or greater than 24 points, were only 1%. After the analysis of the possible influencing factors, it was found that different de- gree of education ; family income and family support degree had statistical significance on the differences of parents＇ scores （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Health care nurses should provide the guidance of health education to the parents according to the patents＇knowledge about the wound nursing, so as to promote the wounds heal and make the children get more scientific and comprehensive care.
