在对现有相关信息技术同化、扩散、吸收等概念进行梳理与总结的基础上,依据信息技术同化的过程影响和结果影响,将现有文献分为信息技术同化的过程研究、信息技术的影响因素研究和信息技术的商业价值研究。总结发现,现有研究主要局限于简单静态模型的分析,并将重点集中于信息技术的采纳和实施阶段,而对于技术同化的整个过程的动态性和复杂性尚欠缺把握。未来应将外生因素与组织内生因素融入传统的因素分析框架中,实现对传统信息技术因素研究的有效补充。
英文摘要：
Information technology assimilation has become one of the hot issues of domestic and foreign studies.Firstly,this paper presents the sorting and summarizing about existing relevant information technology assimilation,and diffusion.On this basis,according to the information technology procedure impacts and results impacts,we divide the current literature into three aspects,i.e.,the assimilation process of information technology research,influencing factors of information technology and business value of information technology.Finally,we summarize the status of information,present the deficiencies of existing research and give the future direction.
