Considering the network traffic demand, road traffic and travel time transportation network efficiency measure is put forward, in the setting of traffic network topology, according to the tendency of the traffic network operation efficiency and the practical operation of city road, we can choose the best construction scheme of urban planning road, achieve the cities planned road scheme for the purpose of selection, and then USES the component importance evaluation method of the network to link importance sorting in traffic network, according to the components of the traffic network important degree of sorting, guide the management of urban traffic management department and the reasonable configuration of traffic facilities.
