随着市场竞争的不断加剧,企业创新活动的开展迫在眉睫。作为我国制造业龙头的装备制造业技术含量不足,总体竞争力差。因此,研究企业创新战略和创新绩效有利于提高我国装备制造业企业的创新管理水平。文章利用我国146家装备制造业上市公司的数据,通过描述性统计分析、相关性分析、多元线性回归分析和Logistic回归模型实证研究了我国装备制造业上市公司中高管团队异质性、企业创新战略选择和企业创新绩效三者之间的关系。通过验证得出,在装备制造业企业中,高管团队年龄和任期异质性与自主创新战略显著正相关;年龄异质性与企业创新绩效显著正相关,高管团队教育水平异质性与企业创新绩效显著负相关;创新战略选择与创新绩效正相关关系不显著,自主创新战略和合作创新战略均对创新绩效有促进作用。文章为我国装备制造业上市公司高管团队组建和管理提供一定的依据,为企业创新活动的开展提供一定的借鉴作用。
With the constant aggravation of market competition, the development of enterprise innovation activity is imminent. As our country' s leading manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing industry has insufficient technical content and its overall competitiveness is poor. Therefore, innovation is an important way for the sustainable development of equip- ment manufacturing industry in our country. By using descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and Logistic regression model, this paper studied the relationship between heterogeneity of senior management team,the innovation strategy and innovation performance of China' s equipment manufacturing industry listed compa- nies. The result : in the equipment manufacturing enterprises, there is positive relationship between age and tenure of TMT heterogeneity and independent innovation strategy; significant positive correlation of age heterogeneity and innovation performance;executive team education level heterogeneity and enterprise innovation performance is negatively related ; positive correlation between innovation strategy choice and innovation performance is not significant. The strategy of independent innovation and cooperative innovation strategy have promoting effect on innovation performance. This paper provided a certain basis for the establishment and management of the top management team in China' s equipment manufacturing industry, and some reference for the development of enterprise innovation activities.
