集群基础上的企业家间合作创新行为对我国现阶段创新驱动发展战略的实施以及未来经济的长期增长具有重要意义。在界定企业家集群概念内涵的基础上,本文刻画了企业家集群演化的特征和集群整体不同时期的创新能力;通过构建理论模型具体分析了企业家集群对包括资金、人才、知识在内的各类创新资源的系统整合,以及集群在这一过程中创新驱动经济发展的具体作用路径。
英文摘要：
The cooperation among the entrepreneur innovation behaviors based on cluster has great significance to the implementation of the strategy of innovation driving economic development at the present stage in China,as well as the long- term growth of the economy in the future. On the basis of defining the connotation of the concept about the entrepreneur,this paper describes characteristics of entrepreneurs cluster and cluster＇ s overall innovation ability in different periods. Through the establishment of theoretical model,the paper analyzes the integrating of capital,talent,knowledge,and all kinds of innovation resources and the specific path of innovation driving economic development.
