In the market,due to the difference of market capital flow,information flow and products flow,the logistic program embodied in different service object.Therefore,we have to deal with the cost of transportation in a optimization.Under this requirement,auction is one of the effective ways.This paper,based on the modern internet technology,establish a platform of auction information in the regional market and its theory.
