为找出河南烤烟不协调的化学组分,采用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)内标定量检测挥发性香气物质和连续流动分析法检测常规化学成分,对河南浓香型优质烤烟与巴西烤烟化学成分进行对比分析。结果表明:河南烤烟的还原糖、总糖平均值为20.94%、22.18%,总氮和烟碱平均值为1.87%、2.26%;钾含量平均值1.84%;钾氯比变异系数大(44.99%),不稳定。巴西烤烟还原糖、总糖平均值为17.82%、19.52%,低于河南烤烟;总氮、烟碱和钾含量平均值较高为2.15%、3.00%和2.57%,钾氯比变异系数小(15.55%),稳定。巴西烤烟总香气成分含量在985.36~1222.9μg/g,高于河南烤烟772.4~1103.19μg/g的范围,巴西烤烟的新植二烯、苯丙氨酸类、类西柏烷类和类胡萝卜素类含量高于河南烤烟;河南烤烟棕色化产物类含量高于巴西烤烟。
In order to provide the basis information for the discordant chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in Henan Province,China,the chemical components in the leaves were determined and compared between Henan and Brazil flue-cured tobacco.The volatile aromatic component was determined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC/MS) and a routine chemical component was tested by flow analyzer.It is found that the average content of the total soluble sugar was 22.18% and that of the reducing sugar was 20.94% in Henan tobacco.The average values of the nicotine,the total nitrogen and the potassium in Henan tobacco were 1.87%,2.26% and 1.84%,respectively,and the coefficient of variation of the ratio of potassium chloride was large and instable.The average content of the total soluble sugar average was 17.82% and that of the reducing sugar was 19.52% in Brazil tobacco.The average values of the nicotine,the total nitrogen and the potassium in Brazil tobacco were 2.15%,3.00% and 2.57%,respectively,and the coefficient of variation of the ratio of potassium chloride was small and stable.The total content of aroma compositions in the leaves from Brazil tobacco was 985.36-1222.9 μg/g and that from Henan tobacco was 772.4-1103.19 μg/g.The contents of neophytadiene,phenylalanine,carotenoid and cembranenoid in Brazil tobacco were higher,and the content of browning reaction products in Henan tobacco was higher.
