为探索田间废弃鲜烟叶的处理途径,实现烤烟田间清洁生产,研究了采用微生物菌组合对携带烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的烟叶病残体进行发酵处理的技术.该技术的处理效果用ELISA检测、枯斑检测和烟苗浇根试验进行检验.结果表明,在含有TMV的废弃鲜烟叶发酵处理中,添加“乳酸菌+光合细菌+放线菌+地衣芽孢杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌+胶质芽孢杆菌”的微生物菌组合,不仅能够有效地降解或破坏烟叶病残体中的TMV,抑制TMV的侵染活性,还对烟株生长发育有一定的促进作用,这对田间废弃鲜烟叶处理具有重要的参考价值.
In order to remove Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) in the tobacco plant residue, TMV-infec- ted tobacco plant residues were treated by fermentation of microbial combination. The fermentable flu- ids were tested by DAS-ELISA, local lesion and root irrigation. The results showed it was very effective to digest or destroy TMV in the tobacco plant residues, inhibit TMV infectious activity and promote partly tobacco seedlings growth through adding the combination of Lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, Aetinomycetes, Bacillus licheniformis, B. subtillisnatto and B. mucilaginosus. Therefore, the results provide an important reference.
