2010-2011年期间,采用TAS?ELISA检测与电镜负染色法复检相结合,对昆明烟区14 577份苗期样品进行TMV检测与数据分析.结果表明,移栽前2-7 d,烟苗阳性检出率平均为4.13%,且烟苗的带毒率与地点、品种间关系不大,而与年度间、检测时期等关系密切.在漂浮育苗条件下,选择抗病品种是控制TMV最经济有效的措施.而对感病品种,可以通过减少剪叶次数、控制苗龄、阻断初侵染源、结合诱导抗病剂等措施,再从思想上重视、从政策上扶持,就可以实现降低烟苗带毒率、提高烟苗素质的目的.
14577 parts of tobacco leaf samples at seedling stage were tested for TMV by using the negative staining and TAS―ELISA detection from 2010 to 2011.The results showed that between 2—7d before being transplanted 4.13% samples carried TMV.And the poisoning probability of tobacco seedlings had a strong relationship with the annuals or tested periods,but it had little relations with varieties or places.It is the most economic and efficient measures of controlling TMV to select disease-resistance species under the float system.And for susceptible cultivars,it is very effective to control TMV and reduce poisoning ratios by less leaf removal times,suitable seedling age,blocking the infect-source,being combined with induced resistant agents.Surely,it is very necessary to pay attention to them from thought and support them from policy.
