在实验室研究了终轧温度对铁素体不锈钢显微组织、织构和成形性的影响。结果显示,随着终轧温度的降低(从940℃到800℃),冷轧退火板的组织细化,γ再结晶织构强度增加,平均塑性应变比r值增加,平面各向异性Δr值降低。终轧温度的降低显著改善了薄板的成形性能。
The effect of finishing temperature on microstructure,texture and formability of ferritic stainless steel was investigated in laboratory.With a decrease in finishing temperature from 940℃to 800℃,the more fine microstructure was obtained.In addition,the average r-value was increased and the△r value was reduced, which mainly attributed to the intensity increase ofγ-fiber texture.In a word,the improvement of formability through a decrease in finishing temperature was demonstrated.
