热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响

通过对00Cr17Ti经热带退火、不经热带退火两种工艺的对比试验,在分析显微组织、织构、-R值和ΔR值的基础上,研究了热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响。研究结果表明:与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火能使00Cr17Ti薄板的-R值提高约0.2,但是,ΔR值会增大约0.7。这是由两种工艺的成品薄板在显微组织、织构上的差异造成的。与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火的成品薄板具有更大的晶粒尺寸、更加均匀的组织以及更强的{111}再结晶织构,这使-R值提高,但是,其{111}γ取向线上各织构组分强度的非常不一致却导致ΔR值明显偏大。

英文摘要:

Comparative experiments with or without annealing of 00Cr17Ti hot-rolled band were carried out. The effect of annealing of hot-rolled band on the formability of 00Cr17Ti cold-rolled and annealed sheet was investigated by analyzing microstructure, texture, R-value and ΔR-value. The results show that the ^-R-value of cold-rolled and annealed sheet with annealing of hot-rolled band is about 0.2 higher than that without annealing, however, the ΔR value is increased about 0.7. The differences are attributed to microstructure and texture of the two final sheets. The sheet with annealing of hot-rolled band has much larger grain, more homogenous microstructure and much stronger { 111 } recrystallization texture than that without annealing, which lead to the increase of γ-value, but the more non-uniform intensity distributions along γ-fiber results in a great increase of ΔR-value.
