研究了铌、钛对铁素体不锈钢析出相、织构和成形性的影响。结果显示:添加铌、钛后的析出相主要是TiN和(Nb,Ti)C,其析出尺寸分别为4μm和200nm;同时,铌、钛的添加抑制了冷轧薄板α纤维织构的生长,促进了7纤维织构强度的增加。添加稳定化元素铌、钛后,冷轧薄板的平均r值由1.05增加到1.46,起皱高度也由29.1μm下降到18.9μm,薄板成形性能的改善同再结晶织构的变化密切相关。
The effect of Nb and Ti on precipitation, texture and formability in ferritic stainless steel was investiga ted. The results show that the precipitates are mainly composed of TiN and (Nb,Ti)C with the size of 4 μm and 200 nm respective in dual stabilized steel. At the same time, after final recrystallization annealing, Nb and Ti stabilized stainless steel displays a weaker a fiber texture and stronger y fiber texture in the dual stabilized steel. The average r-value notably increases from 1.05 to 1.46. The ridging height also efficiently decreases from 29. 1 μm to 18.9μm. The improvement of sheet formability have a close correlation with recrystallization texture.
