我国高校专利申请数量在逐年增长,尤其浙江大学已连续三年在世界学术机构专利申请量的排名中居于榜首。结合我国高校专利保护的相关法律规定,发现每当出台相关法律法规,高校专利申请数量就会明显增长。可见,法律保护对高校专利工作起着至关重要的作用。同时,我国高校申请的专利质量不高这一问题也日益暴露,其主要原因是专利成果并未得到有效转化实施。因此,我国亟待在相关法律保护中加以完善。

The quantity of patent application in universities in China increases year by year, especially in Zhejiang University. It has already ranked the first in the world in the amount of the application for patent for three years in succession. In view of the legal provisions, it has been found that whenever relevant laws and regulations have been issued, the quantity of university＇s patent application will obviously increase. It is obvious that the legal protection plays an essential role in university＇s patent work. Meanwhile, the patent quality that the universities applies is not very high, and this question is exposed day by day too. The main reason is that patent achievement has not been effectively transformed. Therefore, relevant legal protections should be improved in China.
