目的探讨手术室护士长领导力对手术室护士工作沉浸度的影响。方法采用便利抽样法抽取浙江省4所三级医院手术室护士452名进行问卷调查,了解手术室护士长领导力和手术室护士工作沉浸度的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。结果手术室护士工作沉浸度总分为38.9±12.7分,手术室护士长领导力与手术室护士的工作沉浸度呈正相关,回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,手术室护士长领导力中的激励能力和控制能力可以解释手术室护士工作沉浸度的31.3%。结论手术室护士长应正视自身领导力中的不足,提升自己的激励能力与控制力,加强自身的整体领导力,进而增进手术室护士的工作沉浸度。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the impact of head nurse leadership on dedication to work of operating room nurses. Method A total of 452 operating room nurses were recruited from four tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang Province by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with questionnaires to acquire the current situation of head nurse leadership and dedication of operating room nurses to explore their correlation. Results The total score of dedication of operating room nurses was 38.9±12.7. There were significant positive correlation between head nurse leadership and dedication of operating room nurses. Regression analysis showed that the ability of motivation and ability of control could independently explain 31.3% of the variance of dedication of operating room nurses. Conclusion Head nurse in operating room should examine their shortcomings in leadership, take effective measures to improve the ability of motivation and control, and increase overall leadership, so as to increase dedication to work of the nurses in operating room.
