As an important base for cultivating comprehensive talents,private higher vocational colleges have maderemarkable progress and development with the support of the national education policy.Due to their non-public andnon-enterprise nature,the teaching quality has been the first priority.As faculty's quality is the key to improvingteaching quality,a complete system to improve faculty's competences and to keep their stability is of great importance.This article discusses measures for teaching team stability and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
