目前对协同设计任务中人员效率与任务完成效果闻关系的研究主要集中在定性分析上,未能准确量化由于协同设计人员工作效率的波动给任务完成效果带来的损失.综合协调理论中的依赖分析方法与图论中约束关系图描述协同设计人员之间的依赖逻辑关系,并基于任务的效率目标通过多目标优化模型选择协同设计人员,进一步构造人员效率损失函数,从而提出一种计算协同设计完成效果损失的量化方法.通过算例验证该算法能够较为精确的计量人员效率波动对任务完成效果的影响.
Normally, the worker efficiency and result of the collaborative design task is mainly based on qualitative analysis, which does not address to quantitatively analyze the impact of designer efficiencyon the design result. Therefore, independency analysis method based on Coordination Theory (CT) and digraph definition in Graph Theory (GT) is taken to describe the logic relationship among collaborativedesigners; and a quantitative method is presented to calculate the loss of design result through the multiobjective optimization model to choose the collaborative designers with the function of designer efficiencyloss. Finally, the accuracy of this method is proved by calculating the worker efficiency in a case study.
