依据情感事件理论,阐述并检验了积极情绪和消极情绪对创造力的影响机制。基于442份主管—下属配对样本的分析,结果表明:情感承诺在积极情绪与创造力、消极情绪与创造力之间均起到了部分中介作用,组织创造力支持感知正向调节情感承诺与创造力之间的关系。
Based on affective events theory,this paper examined the influencing mechanism of positive mood and negative mood on creativity. Based on the sample of 442 dyads,it analyzed the effect of moods on creativity. Results showed that,affective commitment partially mediated the relationship between the positive mood and creativity as well as the relationship between negative mood and creativity. Moreover,the relationship between affective commitment and creativity has been positively moderated by perceived organizational support for creativity.
