文章在文献分析的基础上,对国内外人力资源管理伦理的研究进行了梳理。已有的研究从微观与宏观两个维度对HRM中的伦理问题进行了探讨,但却忽略了利益相关者理论在相关研究中的作用。文章通过把雇佣关系理解为利益相关者关系。对员工参与与企业对员工的道德关一环进行了矩阵分析,区分了四种与伦理相关的人力资源。管理情形,并分别进行了解析。
On the basis of the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the domestic amt foreign research results of ethical H RM. Previous studies discussed ethical issues about HRM from two dimensions of the micro and macro principally, but they ignored the role of the stakeholder theory in the research.By taking the employment relationship as stakeholder relationship, this article makes matrix analysis of employee participation and moral treat.Finally, this article distinguishes four context of ethical HRM, and takes detailed analysis.
