基于436份主管-下属配对样本,依据社会认知理论,通过分析和检验主管-下属关系对负责行为的影响机制发现:主管-下属关系正向影响负责行为,角色宽度自我效能感在主管-下属关系与负责行为之间起到了完全中介作用,权力距离负向调节角色宽度自我效能感对负责行为有正向的影响。研究结果深化了对负责行为情境前因和主管-下属关系作用机制的分析,并具有重要的管理启示。
This paper, using a sample of 436 supervisor-subordinate dyads, attempts to investigate the mechanism between supervisor-subordinate relationship (SSR) and responsibility behavior from social cognitive perspective. The results show that SSR has a positive influence on responsibility behavior, role- based self-efficacy significantly mediates the relationship between SSG and responsibility behavior, and power distance has a moderating role for the relationship between role-based self-efficacy and responsibility behavior.
