基于文献研究及广东省246家企业的问卷调查,提出基于企业需求的全日制工程硕士实践能力评价模型和测度量表,并对H大学代表性专业全日制工程硕士的实践能力进行调查。从总体实践能力、三类实践能力和实践能力各要素三个层面,对全日制工程硕士实践能力的校企契合度进行分析,结果表明:三个层面实践能力的校企契合度大多处于中度水平。根据研究结果,从转变培养理念、强化企业需求导向,明确企业地位、实现校企培养协同和抓实培训环节、增强实践能力弱项等三方面提出提升其校企契合度的对策。
Based onthe study of domestic and foreign academic literature and the feedback of a questionnaire to 246 companies in Guangdong, the authors have developed, in line with the needs of the enterprises, an evaluation model and a measurement scale for practical ability of the full-time postgraduates of engineering, with which, they made a survey on the practical ability of the students attending the representative specialty courses at H university. In this paper, the authors analyze the university- enterprise "fit-to-purpose" degree of the student practical ability at three layers, i.e. the general practical ability, three types of practical abilities, and all the factors related to practical ability. The analysis concludes that the degree is, in most cases, at the middle level in terms of the three layers. According to the research result, the authors put forward proposals to elevate the degree from three aspects: adjust cultivation ideas and give priority to the needs of enterprises; highlight position of enterprises and coordinate cultivation between higher learning institutions and enterprises; and emphasize training work and overcome the weakness in practical ability.
