In order to cultivate the interdisciplinary talents, during the training of the professional masters of light chemical industry in Jiangnan University, light chemical industry and biotechnology were cross and integrated to establish a new training mode for the professional masters. The detail methods included the construction of supervisor team, improvement of course system, optimization of adoptable thesis topics, and construction of the evaluation system of training quality for the professional masters. It promote the training of the application-oriented professional masters and met the demands of developing the eco-friendly technologies of dyeing and finishing.
