目的了解康复医学科护士心理健康与职业紧张的相关性。方法整群抽取2所三级甲等医院共74名康复医学科护士，应用工作内容问卷及简明心理健康状况问卷进行横断面问卷调查，对调查结果采用皮尔逊相关分析、独立样本 t检验进行分析。结果有22名护士（30％）存在心理健康不良，职业紧张与心理健康不良呈正相关（ P ＜0.01）；健康不良组职业紧张分数显著高于健康良好组（ P ＜0.01）。结论康复医学科护士心理健康状况令人堪忧，降低职业紧张可促进康复医学科护士心理健康。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and occupational stress among re-habilitation nurses .Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in 74 nurses from 2 hospitals .Job content Questionnaire and Kessler 10 Psychological Distress Scale were used to explore the level of occupational stress and mental health among rehabilitation nurses .Analysis of Pearson correlations and Independent-samples T-test were performed to explore the relationship between mental health and occupational stress .Results The prevalence of mental unhealthiness among the nurses was 30% .There was significant positive correlation between mental un-healthiness and occupational stress （ P〈0 .01 ） ,the scores of mental unhealthiness group was significant high than the mental health group （demand P 〈0 .01 ,control P 〈0 .05 ,support P 〈0 .01） .Conclusion Rehabilitation nurses are at high risk of mental unhealthiness ,lowering the occupational stress and especially enhancing the lead-er-support will improve the mental health of nurses.
