知识是企业核心竞争能力的源泉,而知识共享对知识创造、组织学习和组织绩效起着关键的作用。知识共享是通过知识在个体之间的流动和交换得以实现的,主要是基于个体层面的。在此认识的基础上,国内外学者从多个理论角度对知识共享进行研究。本文系统回顾了可应用于知识共享研究的系列理论,如:经济交换理论、社会交换理论、社会资本理论、社会认知理论、归因理论、合理行动理论和计划行为理论,同时对各个理论在知识共享研究中的应用进行了评价,认为各个理论之间应当相互融合,形成综合理论分析框架,也为今后知识共享研究中基础理论的选择提供了参考和借鉴。
Knowledge is the source of an enterprise's core competitiveness, and knowledge sharing plays a crucial role on knowledge creation,organizational learning and organizational performance.Knowledge sharing,based on individual level,is realized through the flow and exchange of knowledge between individuals.Upon this understanding,domestic and foreign scholars,using some basic theories,studied knowledge-sharing from various perspectives.This paper systematically reviewed a series of theories which can be applied to the study of knowledge sharing,such as economic exchange theory,social exchange theory,social capital theory,social cognitive theory,attribution theory,rational action theory and the theory of planned behavior.At the same time,we evaluate the application of different theories on knowledge sharing,and believe that there should be an integration of various theories,and then expect to form a comprehensive theoretical framework to provide a reference and learning for the option of basic theories about knowledge sharing in future researches.
