从知识的可呈现度和知识共享的形式两个维度入手,将组织内的知识共享分为4种类型,在此基础上提出:正式显性知识共享宜采用基于客观绩效测量的物质激励,非正式显性知识共享宜采用自由开放的文化氛围激励,正式隐性知识共享宜采用基于组织愿景的目标激励,非正式隐性知识共享宜采用基于人际信任的情感激励,以期为组织设计高效合理的激励机制,为内部知识共享提供依据。
The paper divided knowledge sharing in an organization into four types from two dimensions which are the degree of knowledge presentable and the knowledge sharing form.Based on this analysis,the following points were proposed.Formal explicit knowledge sharing should adopt material incentive based on the measurement of objective performance;informal explicit knowledge sharing should adopt free and open culture atmosphere incentive;formal tacit knowledge sharing should adopt goal incentive based on the organization vision;informal tacit knowledge sharing should adopt emotion incentive based on interpersonal trust,in order to design efficient and reasonable motivation mechanism and provide beneficial basis for internal knowledge sharing.
