引入社会资本理论对组织内的知识共享进行研究,结果表明:个体间的网络结构会影响个体知识共享机会,个体间的人际关系会影响个体知识共享动机,个体的认知维度会影响个体知识共享能力,而知识共享机会、共享动机和共享能力会最终影响个体间知识共享行为的发生。在此基础上,从结构、关系、认知3个维度总结知识共享过程中存在的障碍并提出相应的管理策略。
Social capital theory was introduced to this paper to research the knowledge sharing within an organization.The results show that the individual network architecture can affect the opportunity of individual knowledge sharing;the individual interpersonal relationship can affect the willingness of individual knowledge sharing;the individual cognition dimension can affect the ability of individual knowledge sharing.Moreover the opportunity,the willingness and the ability of knowledge sharing will affect the occurrence of individual knowledge sharing finally.Based on the above analysis,it summarized the barrier in knowledge sharing process and proposed corresponding management strategies from three dimensions of structure,relationship and cognition.
