文章在修正TPB的基础上,通过对江苏省通讯业员工知识共享行为的实证调研,试图揭开知识共享行为发生的内在机理,研究结论包括:(1)个体知识共享意愿和外部控制对知识共享行为有积极影响;(2)外部控制在知识共享意愿和行为之间起到正向调节作用;(3)知识共享的态度、主观规范和内部控制有助于促进知识共享意愿的提升。该研究不仅完善了TPB,并为TPB在知识共享领域的应用提供了新的证据。
This paper employs the modified theory of planned behavior as theoretical framework,through a field survey of communications industry of Jiangsu province;try to uncover the mechanism of knowledge workers' knowledge sharing behavior.The conclusions show that(1) knowledge sharing intention and external control has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior;(2) external control plays a moderating role between knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing behavior;(3) attitude to knowledge sharing,subjective norm and internal control all has positive effect on knowledge sharing intention.This paper not only modifies the theory of planned behavior,but also provides new evidence for the theory of planned behavior application in knowledge sharing research.
